UK Travel Bucket List

Josh and I have been toying with the idea of taking our own little ‘gap ‘year’ to travel to places on our bucket list. There’s just so many places we want to visit but with work and uni being our main priorities, we thought we would take a year out to just see where we get to.

Today I give you the second installment of our travel bucket list but this time it’s places in the UK – I think people sometimes forget about the hidden beauties in our country.

Yes, I’ve talked about this destination in my last travel blog but it’s looking closer to reality soon…we’re hoping to go next year!

Photos are my Mam’s from when she went to the Shard, ooh get her!

I think I’ve also been to Manchester too but it was only for a day, again with my grandparents, and I’ve visited the Trafford Centre numerous times.

I’d love to visit Manchester at Christmas time to explore their market…I just love Christmas markets, makes everyone feel festive, right?

The Lake District

Now, if you’ve been with my blog since last year you know that I LOVE the Lake District…mainly because of Center Parcs…but I do love it.

Josh and I will be going to Center Parcs in less than 120 days, I’M SO EXCITED!!!!!

Yes, I have a blog lined up and yes, I will be permanently excited until the very last second of our holiday…poor Josh.

I’ve been to Edinburgh before with my grandparents when I was either eleven or thirteen I can’t remember, ha! But I’d love to go again. I know for definite my parents went there when I was young and really enjoyed it.

I wouldn’t mind doing a bus tour to have a fly by view of the city, especially if we’re only going for a couple of days.

See you on Friday!

Lots of love

Chester is well worth a visit if you haven’t done so already. Great throughout the year. It’s very nice around Christmas too when the Market is all lit up in the Town Hall and Cathedral square.
