Guess who’s back? Back again? Niamh is back. Tell a friend.
HELLO EVERYBODY! Sorry, it’s been a little while since I have posted, I had university deadlines to stick to. It all worked out in the end though as I achieved a FIRST on the essay I submitted, so cheers to me! First year is officially over!
If you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed I have started afresh with my highlights and my actual content!
I searched Pinterest for filters on the VSCO app because I felt it was time to step up my Insta game. I mean I’ve only got three photos up and it already looks miles better than my previous feed!
While I haven’t been blogging or writing essays, I’ve been visiting my family! I love being around my family – especially my little cousin. I am not even sorry for the spam of photos I put on my social media accounts – I love him to pieces and I want everyone to see how cute he is…but he can stop growing up so fast though. I’m not a fan of that part!
It was also my Dad’s birthday on Monday so to celebrate we went into town for a few drinks and some shopping…mainly for Mum and me!
EUGH. For aaaaaages, I’d been trying to sort out my skincare products and make up into a suitable manner because, in all honesty, my skincare shelf and vanity unit were a right tip.
HOWEVER! I went to Primark the other day and came across these beauties! Reduced from £3 each to £1 each! What a bargain!
My shelf looks more presentable – it’s improved massively and I love the rose gold colour of the baskets! They were just the right size to fit my face washes, masks etc in to.
My vanity unit was just a tip. I was using it as a desk / vanity unit / ‘let’s dump everything there’ place.
After a trip to IKEA, I found inserts which fit perfectly into the drawer and the top has never looked smarter!
If you check out my Instagram, I will be posting my favourite make up products and fashion on my highlights!
NOW. Today I came across a blogger tag which I think will take off massively so I’m glad I’ve caught it while it’s still increasing! It’s the #WhoAmI challenge, started by Zarah Khan (Alisa Lifestyle).
This challenge is designed to celebrate you and your achievements! Here’s Zarah’s blog which started this tag.
I passed my GCSE’s.
I passed college with flying colours after discovering A Levels weren’t for me.
I was accepted into my first choice university onto a Journalism course…watch out world!
I created this blog that people actually read!
MY GOOD QUALITIES
Always supportive of my friends and family.
Organised (I mean I’m planning my 21st celebration now and my birthday isn’t even until September).
I try and be social when I can but since the end of uni has lured upon me I have been meeting up with friends more often.
QUALITIES I SHOULD WORK ON
Focus on uni work more efficiently and don’t leave it until the last minute…oops!
Learn to put down my phone every once in a while, social media can cloud our minds.
I should blog more often if I want to become successful.
Have a successful blogging career.
Network with other bloggers.
Graduate with flying colours.
Find a career which links in with my degree too.
MY RELATIONSHIP TO OTHERS
MY DREAMS & FEARS
To be a role model to my little cousin when he gets older.
To be a graduate and using my degree to help others.
I annoy people sometimes.
My blog not taking off.
Failing university for some bizarre reason.
WHAT DRIVES ME TO GET UP IN THE MORNING
No university until summer! (Joking!)
Knowing I have freedom to choose what I can do and what I can achieve.
WHO AM I TO MYSELF
I think Zarah put it perfectly – I am a force to be reckoned with.
